Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies such as Node.js, React, and cloud-native architectures.
- System Optimization: Conduct code reviews, perform system analysis, and optimize database queries to ensure maximum application performance and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and establish best practices for coding standards and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that keep Apex Innovations ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Node.js, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex systems and optimize code for efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
