Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable microservices using modern architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for a global user base.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to solve complex engineering bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development with a deep understanding of full-stack ecosystems.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language: Java, Go, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with excellent communication skills.
