Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web services using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to iterate on user-facing features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance benchmarks.
- Optimize database queries and infrastructure for maximum throughput and low latency.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to the evolution of our system architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural guidance.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and implement robust monitoring and logging solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching strategies (Redis).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
