Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using modern backend frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and refactoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal technical documentation.
- Lead architectural discussions for new feature development and system integrations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
