Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, highly available web services using modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code that sets the standard for the engineering team.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal documentation and engineering culture.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in our production environments.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for high-concurrency workloads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js, Go, or Python).
- Extensive experience with modern frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
