Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable cloud-native microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to iterate on user-facing features.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput for mission-critical systems.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering and system design.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles and improve delivery speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the full technology stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Solid foundation in database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL variants).
- Proven ability to architect scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
