Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance, scalable distributed services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure system reliability and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software craftsmanship.
- Identify and resolve complex bottlenecks within our microservices architecture.
- Lead the migration of legacy components to modern cloud-native stacks.
- Optimize database queries and system latency for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Java, Go, or Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/TypeScript).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AWS/GCP cloud environments.
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design patterns.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
