Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack features.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance and database queries for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience building scalable web applications.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Proficiency in designing and managing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL database design.
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
