Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to maintain high quality and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our growing engineering culture.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full technology stack.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD and test-driven development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Proven experience working with distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of shipping production-grade software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
