Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance to ensure low-latency user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical code reviews.
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and long-term architectural strategy.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and technical requirements analysis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Deep expertise in Java, Go, or Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/TypeScript).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems in AWS or GCP.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
