Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, highly available cloud-native microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to iterate on features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers on the team.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through rigorous load testing and monitoring.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Contribute to internal tooling and engineering standards to improve developer velocity.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend engineering.
- Expertise in modern languages like Go, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
