Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go and Java.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Lead technical design sessions and conduct comprehensive code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and feature requirements.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation.
- Mentor junior developers and foster an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) best practices across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Extensive experience building and maintaining production-level React applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems with microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
