Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable microservices using Go and React.
- Lead technical design discussions and advocate for best practices in code quality and testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate user requirements into technical specs.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and architectural guidance.
- Optimize system performance and database queries to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Manage cloud infrastructure deployments via CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
- Drive incident response and conduct thorough post-mortem analyses to prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) databases.
- Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems in a production environment.
- Strong grasp of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
