Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable distributed systems using Go and Java.
- Optimize database queries and system latency to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define feature requirements.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues with a focus on post-mortem analysis.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap of our cloud infrastructure services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture and microservices.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python and familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
