Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and Rust.
- Design distributed systems that scale to handle millions of concurrent requests with 99.99% uptime.
- Lead the transition toward a more resilient, service-mesh-based architecture using Istio and Kubernetes.
- Optimize database performance and schema design for massive datasets across PostgreSQL and NoSQL clusters.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and bottleneck identification to improve system efficiency.
- Drive engineering excellence by implementing rigorous testing frameworks and CI/CD best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend software development for enterprise-scale platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least two major languages (e.g., Go, Java, C++, or Python).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing RESTful and gRPC APIs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
