Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and API standards.
- Write robust, testable, and efficient code in Go, Java, or Python.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior software engineers.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and database queries for maximum performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues within a CI/CD environment.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
