Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and technical strategy.
- Optimize database performance and design efficient data schemas for high-throughput environments.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and implement proactive monitoring solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern language: Go, Java, or Python.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
