Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed systems using Go and Java.
- Optimize service-oriented architectures for low latency and high availability.
- Lead technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features into the core platform.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Mentor engineering team members through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or C++.
- Proven track record of scaling systems to handle millions of requests.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
