Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust microservices using Go and Java.
- Optimize performance-critical code paths within distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical architecture.
- Mentor junior developers through rigorous code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Maintain high-level system reliability through comprehensive testing and monitoring.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.99% uptime for core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
