Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-throughput microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) and caching strategies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Conduct code reviews and enforce security best practices
- Design scalable APIs with GraphQL and RESTful principles
- Mentor 3-4 engineers on technical growth and career development
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (Web3, AI/ML) into products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Go, Rust, or Python)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes
- Strong background in distributed systems and data modeling
- Experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and optimization
