Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency by 40% quarterly
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using GitLab and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Champion DevOps best practices and security protocols
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers
- Strong grasp of CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with FinTech or high-transaction systems preferred
