Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Go and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Architect secure authentication systems with OAuth2 and JWT
- Drive performance optimization for high-traffic APIs
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and industry standards
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Rust with distributed systems
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
- Strong background in data modeling and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with SRE principles and observability tools
- Track record of leading technical initiatives from concept to production
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
