Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime and sub-5-minute deployments
- Lead security audits and implement zero-trust architecture patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical research
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and observability tools
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
