Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
