Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, distributed software systems using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Operations) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions to guide the company's technical direction.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with experience in microservices architecture.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize database performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
