Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited institution
- Illinois LSW/LCSW license with 3+ years clinical experience
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Strong cultural competency in serving diverse urban populations
- Advanced knowledge of Chicago's social services landscape
- Data-driven program evaluation and outcome measurement skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
