Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures including SIEM, EDR, and cloud-native protection systems
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches with rapid containment and forensic analysis
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid environments
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR)
- Research emerging threats and propose innovative mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture or engineering roles
- Expert-level certifications: CISSP, OSCP, or CCSP
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and security automation tools
- Experience with threat hunting frameworks and MITRE ATT&CK methodology
- Strong background in network security, cryptography, and secure coding practices
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional leadership and stakeholder reporting
