Responsibilities
- Lead the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and incident response activities.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify security gaps.
- Design and implement robust security architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline.
- Manage and remediate security vulnerabilities across cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance reporting (GDPR, ISO 27001).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security engineering.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or SANS GIAC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security tools (Splunk, Wireshark, FireEye).
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python or Bash).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
