- Design and implement comprehensive security frameworks across cloud/on-prem infrastructures
- Lead incident response operations including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop secure coding standards and conduct penetration testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in engineering leadership
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security, SIEM, and EDR solutions
- Strong background in threat modeling and zero-trust architecture
- Proficiency in Python/Go for security automation
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
