Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive security architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Lead incident response operations including threat hunting, forensic analysis, and breach remediation
- Develop and maintain security automation frameworks using Python, Terraform, and Ansible
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for enterprise systems
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container security
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Hands-on experience with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Proven track record of designing and implementing zero-trust architectures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
