Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale security architectures including cloud, network, and endpoint protection systems
- Lead incident response protocols, including forensic analysis and containment strategies
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python, Terraform, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with 3+ in security architecture
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure GCP) and containerized environments
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Proven experience building security automation and orchestration systems
- Strong background in threat intelligence and zero-trust architecture
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks in financial services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
