Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures including zero-trust frameworks and cloud-native protection systems
- Lead incident response coordination for complex cyber threats, including ransomware and APT attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop and maintain security automation using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and orchestration tools
- Mentor junior security engineers and establish security best practices across DevOps pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed security-by-design principles in SaaS offerings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture or engineering leadership
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes)
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Proven experience with threat hunting, EDR solutions, and NIST frameworks
- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash) for security automation
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Ability to translate complex security concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
