Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures using cloud-native and hybrid solutions
- Lead threat modeling, penetration testing, and security assessments for complex systems
- Develop zero-trust frameworks and identity management strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security in DevOps pipelines
- Guide incident response protocols and conduct forensic investigations
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior security engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in architecture roles
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and container security
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (e.g., OSCP)
- Strong background in network security, cloud security, and application security
- Experience with SIEM implementation (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Proven track record of designing secure cloud infrastructures
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
