Responsibilities
- Develop and calibrate complex reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Optimize field development plans through production analysis and well performance forecasting
- Lead multidisciplinary studies on enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Prepare detailed reservoir management reports and economic evaluations
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with geoscience and drilling teams
- Implement AI-driven analytics for production optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation, well testing analysis, and production forecasting
- Proficiency in Petrel, Eclipse, and Python/R for data analysis
- Strong understanding of EOR methods and completions technology
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated success in field development planning
