Responsibilities

- Secure and manage research funding through NIH and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior scientists and publish findings in high-impact journals
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards for medical device development
Qualifications
- PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in neural interface or neuroplasticity research
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in electrophysiology, neuroimaging, and computational modeling
- Demonstrated success securing research grants (> $1M total)
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 510(k) processes
- Strong proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and lab automation systems
