Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex molecular biology experiments using CRISPR and next-gen sequencing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing novel therapeutic platforms
- Develop and optimize lab protocols for high-throughput screening
- Analyze genomic data using Python/R and machine learning tools
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Secure research grants and patents for intellectual property

Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 systems and gene editing workflows
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Cell, Science)
- Proficiency in NGS data analysis and bioinformatics tools
- Experience managing lab budgets and securing NIH/NSF funding
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary research teams
