Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience

- Expertise in advanced analytical techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD, spectroscopy)
- Strong programming skills (Python/R) for data analysis and simulation
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary R&D projects
- Experience with technology transfer and commercialization processes
