Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioengineering, or related field
- 5+ years of industrial R&D experience in biotech or AI
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and genomic analysis tools
- Experience with lab automation and high-throughput screening
- Demonstrated ability to secure NIH or NSF funding
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
