Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and interpret complex physiological data accurately.
- Administer medication, intravenous fluids, and perform life-saving interventions as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, specialists, and respiratory therapists.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions and recovery plans.
- Maintain precise medical documentation utilizing our advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure medical emergencies.
- Proficiency in advanced monitoring technology and ventilator management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
