Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions ($2M+ listings) including valuation, negotiation, and closing coordination
- Develop innovative digital marketing strategies using virtual staging, drone photography, and targeted social media campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with international investors and expand our global client portfolio
- Analyze market trends using proprietary data analytics to identify emerging luxury neighborhoods
- Mentor junior agents while maintaining personal sales targets of 15+ closed transactions annually
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to curate property enhancement packages
- Host exclusive property showcases and networking events for high-net-worth clientele
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate with proven $1M+ transaction history
- Valid Florida Real Estate License with additional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CRS)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Lone Wolf, Wise Agent) and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented track record of premium closing prices
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
- Portfolio demonstrating successful international client acquisition
- Strategic mindset with experience in market analysis and competitive positioning
