Responsibilities
- Lead investment analysis and due diligence for $50M+ commercial real estate portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial models and ROI projections for mixed-use developments
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities in NYC metropolitan area
- Negotiate complex acquisition terms with institutional investors and property owners
- Oversee asset management strategies to maximize portfolio performance and tenant satisfaction
- Present investment recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor junior analysts and drive innovation in investment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or MRED preferred
- 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment or brokerage
- Proven track record of closing $30M+ transactions in NYC market
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of NYC zoning laws and development regulations
- Strong network of institutional investors and property owners
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to market micro-trends
