Responsibilities
- Conduct financial feasibility analysis and ROI projections for commercial/residential properties
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive landscape analysis
- Develop sophisticated valuation models incorporating macroeconomic indicators
- Lead due diligence processes including property inspections and title verification
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to identify off-market opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- CRE designation (CCIM or CFA) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and market dynamics
- Proven track record of closed deals >$50M
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Valid NY Real Estate Salesperson license required
