- Collaborate with acquisitions team on due diligence for $50M+ property transactions
- Monitor emerging PropTech trends and integrate AI-powered analytics into investment strategies
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment banking, brokerage, or institutional asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling (VBA macros)
- CFA or FRM designation preferred; MBA from top-tier institution
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and luxury market dynamics
- Experience with GIS mapping and predictive analytics for property valuation
- Proven track record of closing commercial deals >$30M
