Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment valuations for commercial properties
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across regional real estate sectors
- Lead due diligence processes including property inspections, title reviews, and zoning compliance
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive committee and investor review
- Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, and lenders to facilitate seamless transactions
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of closing $50M+ real estate transactions
- Deep understanding of NYC/Northeast commercial property markets
- Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
- CRE designation or relevant professional certification required
