- Collaborate with acquisition teams to identify off-market deals
- Analyze zoning regulations and entitlement processes for development projects
- Track emerging real estate technology trends and digital transformation opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Proficient in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- Deep knowledge of South Florida real estate market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Proven track record of successful transaction execution
- CRE designation or relevant certification preferred
