Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities across NYC's commercial and residential sectors
- Develop comprehensive financial models, ROI projections, and risk assessments for multi-million dollar deals
- Conduct due diligence, including property inspections, zoning compliance, and competitor analysis
- Present investment recommendations to executive leadership and institutional investors
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify strategic optimization opportunities
- Forge relationships with brokers, developers, and key industry stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex acquisition and development projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA or MSRE preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, or development
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, cap rates, IRR) and market analysis tools
- Proven track record of successful commercial/residential transactions >$50M
- Deep knowledge of NYC real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market dynamics
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Argus, and commercial real estate platforms
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
