Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities across Miami's commercial real estate sector
- Create financial models for acquisitions, developments, and dispositions using Excel and Argus software
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments including property inspections, title reviews, and zoning analysis
- Develop investment memorandums and presentations for executive committee approval
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to source off-market opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise modeling software
- CRE designation (CCIM, CFA, or FRM) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of South Florida real estate market dynamics
- Proven track record in underwriting 10+ commercial transactions
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to financial detail
