Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques to assess property performance and risk.
- Collaborate with the investment committee to present data-driven recommendations and presentations.
- Oversee the integration of proprietary CRM systems to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators and regulatory changes affecting the local market.
- Prepare detailed reports and interactive dashboards for executive leadership.
- Lead due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, including site visits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or commercial brokerage.
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Argus, Excel VBA, Python) is highly desirable.
- Valid real estate license in California.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
