You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between theoretical research and scalable industrial application, working alongside world-class engineers to solve complex engineering challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full R&D lifecycle from conceptualization through to prototype validation.
- Design and conduct complex experiments to optimize material performance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify trends and drive iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and safety.
- Author technical reports, patent applications, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging industry trends to maintain our competitive technological edge.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related physical science discipline.
- 5+ years of post-doctoral or industrial experience in product research and development.
- Proven track record of taking complex laboratory projects into pilot-scale production.
- Deep expertise in polymer synthesis, characterization techniques (SEM, DSC, FTIR), and data analysis software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on empirical validation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Experience managing project timelines and cross-functional project budgets.
