We are looking for a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between complex hardware architectures and efficient software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance embedded firmware and low-level drivers for next-gen microcontrollers.
- Lead the R&D lifecycle from concept prototyping to mass production validation.
- Optimize system performance, power consumption, and memory usage for resource-constrained environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, mechanical designers, and product managers.
- Debug complex hardware-software integration issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG probes.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in embedded software development (C/C++).
- Deep knowledge of embedded operating systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks).
- Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
